Job summary
Harbour Hotels is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager for a maternity cover starting 1st December 2026. The role requires NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training advantageous, and experience in a similar spa environment.
You will support the Spa Manager in running the spa and wellness centre, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, managing staff, and contributing to financial and operational goals.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified in spa or beauty therapies.
- Experience in a spa/w wellness environment.
- TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training is advantageous.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the spa.
