Job summary

Brighton Harbour Hotel is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with proven experience in a spa and wellness environment. You will support the Spa Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading spa personnel.

You will be involved in maintaining cleanliness, safety and standards, assisting with financial and operational goals, and ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications in spa operations.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in overseeing spa and wellness centre operations.

The role…

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa
Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE
SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager
in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be
responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel,
and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager,
you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, carrying out treatments and safety
standards within the spa.
