Job summary

Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa in Brighton is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in running the wellness centre, ensuring guest experiences are exceptional and standards are maintained. You will help lead spa colleagues, assist with budgeting and operations, and uphold hygiene, safety and service quality across all treatment areas.

The role prefers NVQ Level 2/3 with Temple Spa and Elemis training; previous spa management experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualification is preferred.
• Experience in a spa or wellness environment is essential.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in running the spa and wellness centre.

The role

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel, and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, carrying out treatments and safety standards within the spa.
