Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Brighton is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a spa and wellness environment. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with Temple Spa and Elemis training advantageous, supporting the Spa Manager and overseeing spa operations.

You will ensure guest experiences, manage spa personnel, and assist with financial and operational goals, while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• NVQ Level 2/3 with Temple Spa and Elemis training is advantageous.
• Proven ability to oversee guest experiences and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa Manager in day-to-day spa operations.
• Oversee guest experiences and ensure high service standards.
• Manage spa personnel and assist with financial and operational targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards across the spa.

The role…

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel, and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, carrying out treatments and safety standards within the spa.
