Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager to join our Brighton-based HarSPA operation. You will support the Spa Manager to oversee daily spa and wellness facilities, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while managing staff and helping meet financial and operational goals.

You will be involved in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, and will benefit from extensive on-the-job training and development within Harbour Hotels’ luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing spa or wellness facilities.
• Strong guest service orientation and leadership skills.
• NVQ Level 2/3 and Temple Spa/Elemis training advantage.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations.

The role…

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant SpaManager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel, and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, carrying out treatments and safety standards within the spa.
