Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard (Trainee and Qualified) to help create a safe, calm environment at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. You will deliver exceptional service while upholding high spa standards and ambience.

Role includes 120 hours over a 4-week period; trainee candidates attend a 5-day NPLQ course and may need to pass. The position involves early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard qualification (RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS) for qualified lifeguards.
• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Spa Assistant / Lifeguard - Trainee and Qualified Longleat Forest | £13.83 per hour Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, cleanand tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing

• Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
• Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7am and 10pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification- for Qualified Lifeguards
• Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
• Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.

Note: You’ll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we’ll help with that).
