Job summary

Center Parcs group operates Aqua Sana Forest Spa at Longleat Forest. We are seeking a Spa Experience Host to welcome guests warmly and help deliver a calm, enjoyable experience with attentive service.

You will support spa operations, answer queries, manage bookings, lead complimentary wellness sessions and maintain high standards across the spa areas. The role offers a part-time, fully flexible schedule with a minimum 120 hours over 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in spa or beauty roles.
• Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative.

As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
• Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
• Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
• Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays
