Center Parcs group in Warminster is seeking a Lifeguard - Trainee / Qualified to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise. This role involves monitoring pool areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining safety standards. Successful candidates will need to complete NPLQ training and demonstrate strong swimming skills.

As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.
To be a Lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.
Trainee Lifeguards must attend a 5‑day NPLQ course. Employment is subject to passing the course. The course includes classroom sessions on Lifeguard responsibilities, observing pool guests, performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR.
Note: You’ll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we’ll help with that).
