Job summary

Center Parcs Aqua Sana Forest Spa in Sherwood Forest is seeking a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard (Qualified). The role focuses on guest safety, service excellence and keeping the spa area clean and tranquil.

You’ll deliver lifeguard support, assist with daily upkeep and hygiene, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. A DBS check may be required; interviews include a swim test. Part-time shifts include early mornings and weekends at 6:00am–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS qualification required.
• Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team.
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

Spa Assistant / Lifeguard - Qualified Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Sherwood Forest | £13.83 per hour

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing

• Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
• Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 6:00am and 10:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays
