Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is recruiting a Swimming Pool Assistant Manager for the Forest site in Warminster. The role supports the Pool Manager to ensure guest safety and smooth operation of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, while overseeing budgets, cost control and team performance.

Applicants should hold a RLSS Pool Lifeguard or NARS qualification and a First Aid Certificate, with proven experience managing large teams and delivering high service standards. DBS checks are required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with managing budgets for staff, operations and revenue

• Coordinate with technical services for maintenance and repairs
• Drive team wellbeing and performance through effective management

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 over a 4‑week period
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About You

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
• First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach
• Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs
