Job summary

Aqua Sana Forest Spa at Woburn Forest within Center Parcs group is seeking a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard - Trainee and Qualified to help keep guests safe and the spa serene.

The role combines lifeguard duties with guest service, spa upkeep and light maintenance, with DBS check and a 5-day NPLQ course for trainees. A DBS, swim test, and DBS processing are part of the process.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard or NARS qualification for lifeguards.
• Clear communicator with time management and attention to detail.
• Able to build positive relationships across levels and in a team.
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety.

Aqua Sana Forest Spa, WoburnForest | £13.83per hour

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing

• Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
• Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• Early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.

Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
