Wrexham AFC seeks an experienced scouting operations leader to oversee First Team and Emerging Talent scouting across Southern Europe. You will coordinate day‑to‑day workflows, act as the main contact for scouting requests, and maintain high standards of data quality and governance within the recruitment function.

You will guide live and video scouting assignments, review reports, and ensure alignment with the club's recruitment needs, integrating cross‑functional collaboration and strong

Mansioni

• Chair the weekly Scouting Operations Meeting and record actions and decisions.
• Serve as central contact for outgoing scouting requests from First Team Recruitment.
• Maintain and update the Scout Schedule Planner for domestic and international fixtures.
• Allocate live and video scouting assignments based on targets and requirements.
• Use market intelligence to prioritise realistic targets aligned to recruitment needs.
• Coordinate scouting coverage for First Team-ready players and Emerging Talent prospects.
• Review scout reports and performance metrics with Head of Recruitment when needed.
• Ensure target players are assigned within internal systems and shortlists.
• Work with Lead Video Analyst to align scouting schedule and cross-reference observations.
• Complete weekly gap analyses to identify missed coverage and follow up.
