Southampton Football Club is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support the Men’s First Team recruitment across Southampton and related targets through video scouting, data, and recruitment dossiers.

You will analyse match footage, maintain databases, and produce detailed scouting reports and engaging video packages to inform recruitment decisions, while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting interns’ development within elite football operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hudl suite and video analysis tools.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment and reporting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality player videos and recruitment dossiers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and video library.
• Generate scouting reports and provide live/video coverage of targets.
