Job summary

Luton Town FC is seeking a First Team Recruitment Analyst to work with the Head of Recruitment, Chief Scout, Club Scouts and Senior Leadership, combining video identification with information management to support transfer decisions.

You will source, clip, and maintain a live video library, build target dossiers, and manage central databases while ensuring confidentiality and board-ready reporting during transfer windows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a first-team recruitment or performance analysis role at a professional football club.
• Degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, or related field.
• Proven experience maintaining scouting or CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Source, clip, and compile video packages for priority targets.
• Build objective scouting dossiers with reports, video analysis, and financial parameters.
• Maintain a centralised database to log recommendations and scout reports.
• Take precise minutes at recruitment meetings and track actions.
• Ensure confidentiality around transfer information.
