Job summary

Wrexham AFC is seeking a senior video analyst to lead the creation and analysis of target-player content, aligning with the club's playing style and objectives. You will analyse video against defined traits and present evidence-based recommendations to senior staff.

The role requires experience in elite football analytics, strong data interpretation, and the ability to manage a team of analysts while maintaining KPI-driven outputs for recruitment decisions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in sport-related discipline.
• Experience in elite football environments preferred.
• Ability to interpret video, data and scouting information.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of target-player video content and analyse data to prioritise players.
• Analyse, code and organise video footage against defined traits.
• Present evidence-based insights to Sporting Director, Manager and Head of Recruitment.
• Oversee and develop the Video Analyst team and align with Recruitment KPIs.
• Utilise Sportscode and Studio to highlight club profile traits in targets.
