Job summary

Scarlet Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop the Southeast region, selling resin flooring and resin bound surfacing to contractors, installers and house builders. The role is home-based with UK travel and a strong focus on new business and account growth.

The package offers a base salary of £40,000–£50,000 with an OTE around £70k, plus a fully expensed company car or car allowance and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years field sales experience in Area/BDM/Territory roles.
• Experience selling resin flooring or surfacing is a plus.
• Ability to win projects via contractors and installers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Grow accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and following up.
• Manage pipeline with accurate records, forecast and activity to meet targets.
• Present and demonstrate value, tailoring messaging to customer goals.
