Charters Estate Agents is seeking a proactive Property Relationship Manager for our Southampton team. In this full-time role, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio, delivering outstanding service and ensuring properties meet high standards.

• Customer-focused service and relationship-building with landlords and tenants.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in lettings or property management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, long lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Managing maintenance issues from start to finish and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
• Conducting and arranging property inspections.
• Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Serving relevant tenancy notices and coordinating rental reviews.
• Maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
