Santander UK is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for the Southampton TSB branch on a 12‑month FTC. You’ll support personal banking customers across face‑to‑face, telephone and video channels, helping them use digital banking and delivering a personalised, human experience.

The starting salary is £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus. 25 days holiday (26 after 5 years) and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
