Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Director/Technical Director with a development transport planning background to help grow our South West Development team across Bristol, Exeter and surrounding regions.

You will lead client development, identify opportunities, and contribute to market strategy while collaborating with Development Planning, Infrastructure and Urban Design to win work and deliver multidisciplinary solutions.

• Proven track record in winning and delivering new work.
• Experience in development transport planning within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong commercial and strategic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow market share for the Development team.
• Support the South West Development growth across Bristol, Exeter, and wider region.
• Lead and collaborate with Development Planning, Development Infrastructure and Urban Design teams.
