Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Director/Technical Director to lead development transport planning across Bristol, Exeter and the wider South West. You will drive client development, market strategy, and technical leadership within a growing multidisciplinary team.

Based in Bristol or Exeter, you will collaborate with Development Planning, Urban Design and Infrastructure groups, winning new work and shaping the region’s transport planning capabilities while expanding the firm’s presence in the South

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Commercial and strategic capability with a track record in identifying and delivering new business opportunities.
• Proven work-winning and client development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Development team.
• Strengthen client relationships and capability across the South West region.
• Lead and contribute to bids and major multidisciplinary pursuits.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to market strategy and growth.
