Job summary

Aliaxis, a global leader in fluid and energy management, is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager for the South West region covering South West England, South Wales and central southern England.

You will drive sales with merchants, distributors and contractors, build a robust project pipeline, and develop strong customer partnerships. Travel across the territory and CRM-based forecasting are required for success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction, building products, utilities or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
• Experience selling to contractors, distributors and buying groups.
• Contractor-led selling and spot market sales experience would help.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across the territory.
• Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop close customer relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth.
• Deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities.
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking and prospecting.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reports.
