KBB Recruitment are representing a well-established kitchen installations contractor seeking an Area Installations Manager to oversee contract kitchen installations across multiple sites in the South West. You don’t need to be in the role already; suitable backgrounds include Surveyor, Assistant Site Manager or housing developer experience.

The right attitude and site experience are key, with full training available.

Qualifications

• Experience working on site within the construction or residential housing sector.
• Possible backgrounds include Area Installations Manager, Surveyor, Assistant Site Manager or working for a housing developer.
• Desire to progress your career and take on a new challenge.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Good understanding of site procedures and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contract kitchen installation projects across multiple sites throughout the South West.
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Liaise with site managers, contractors, developers and clients.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure work meets the required standards.
• Manage project progress, resolve issues and minimise delays.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all sites.
• Carry out regular site visits and provide progress updates.
• Manage snagging, remedial works and the successful handover of projects.
