You don’t need to be in the role already; suitable backgrounds include Surveyor, Assistant Site Manager or housing developer experience.

The right attitude and site experience are key, with full training available.

• Manage and coordinate contract kitchen installation projects across multiple sites throughout the South West.
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Liaise with site managers, contractors, developers and clients.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure work meets the required standards.
• Manage project progress, resolve issues and minimise delays.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all sites.
• Carry out regular site visits and provide progress updates.
• Manage snagging, remedial works and the successful handover of projects.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an area installations manager to oversee contract kitchen installations across multiple sites throughout the South West.

You don't need to be an Area Installations Manager already! We are keen to hear from people currently working for a housing developer who are looking to take the next step in their career, as well as Surveyors with experience working on site.

If you have a good understanding of site operations, experience within the residential or construction industry, and are ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• A valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West.
