Reed is partnering with a fast-growing company to appoint an experienced Field Installation Manager to oversee kitchen installations across Wales, parts of the South West, Swindon, and Gloucestershire. You will manage the installation process end-to-end, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves leading installers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Qualificações

• Experience in installation management, preferably kitchens.
• Knowledge of installation, carpentry and construction practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Strong project management from planning to completion.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and manage installers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage kitchen installations from handover through to completion.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the installation journey.
• Support and guide installers on-site, ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice standards are met.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop installers, ensuring they meet company expectations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities to achieve agreed deadlines and performance targets.
• Conduct site audits to ensure quality workmanship and health and safety compliance.
• Assess new installers for technical ability, workmanship, and suitability.
• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Carry out technical site visits for escalated cases and provide detailed findings and recommendations.

You will manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Salary circa. £45,000-£50,000 + car + bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen installations from initial handover through to completion.

About You

• Experience assessing, selecting, and managing Installers.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple installers and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach with a willingness to travel across the region.
