Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead and manage installation services across the South West, coordinating with subcontracted fitters to deliver high-quality projects on time and to KPI targets.

You will recruit installers, manage teams on site, and drive improvements in installation processes while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy.
• CSCS card or SSSTS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team
