You will focus on understanding customer needs, upselling upgrades to calf feeding, herd management, and milking systems while building lasting relationships with farmers.

The role requires travel within the South West, collaboration with dealership networks, and the ability to deliver compelling campaigns and timely installations.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a degree or relevant qualification in Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Agricultural Management.
• A strong background in agriculture is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the South West region.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and improve profitability by promoting the portfolio of Dairy Support Solutions across the South West area (Somerset, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall).
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximise revenue.
• Engage with the farming community to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
