Job summary

AB Agri seeks a Dairy Performance Specialist to drive commercial growth and strengthen relationships with dairy farmers across the South West. The role blends sales with nutritional consultancy, leveraging KW Feeds, NMR and Feedlync services to improve farm performance.

You will develop partnerships, review customer value, and turn data into actionable recommendations while building a strong sales pipeline and representing AB Agri at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural field sales or account management.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• CRM and pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term partnerships with dairy farmers and farm businesses.
• Conduct regular reviews to maximise value from products and services.
• Analyse farm and herd performance data to provide practical recommendations.
• Grow existing accounts and win new business opportunities.
• Promote a broad portfolio of feed, herd health and consultancy solutions.
• Create integrated solutions meeting customer needs and delivering measurable results.
