KW is recruiting a on-farm sales specialist to work with dairy and beef farmers in a hybrid role across the South West UK. You will lead regional sales, design tailored strategies, and collaborate with nutrition, technical, and marketing teams to deliver practical farm solutions.

The role emphasizes field-based activity, building long-term farmer relationships, managing your diary, and achieving commercial targets within KW/AB Agri offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated work ethic and professional approach.
• Robust experience in customer engagement or consultative sales.
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and reason with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of dairy and beef customers.
• Deliver against budget and contribute to national sales plans.
• Create and maintain a strategic regional sales plan.
• Identify new opportunities and feed insights back to the business.
• Promote KW / AB Agri offerings with tailored farm solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, technical, nutrition and marketing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and represent KW at farm visits and events.
