Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in the South West region seeks a sales professional to grow Dairy Support Solutions. You will identify opportunities, upsell, and manage customer relationships across Somerset, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall.

Travel within the South West is required; you will prepare quotes, schedule installations, and drive campaigns with dealers. A background in agriculture and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Agricultural Management.
• Strong background in agriculture is essential.
• 3+ years' experience in sales or after-sales (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the South West region.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profitability by promoting Dairy Support Solutions across the South West.
• Engage with farming community to build strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes and Bill of Materials; collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Generate and follow up service maintenance contracts to ensure long-term support.
• Participate in County and National farming events to maintain visibility and relationships.
