Job summary

MEP Hire is seeking an Account Manager to own a defined Southwest England territory, driving revenue growth and building strong customer partnerships across Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Plymouth, Exeter and surrounding areas.

You will strengthen existing relationships, identify new commercial opportunities and work with major subcontractors in construction and hire sectors. A proactive networker with a UK driving licence will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and account management.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and contacts.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined geographical area and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and manage customer relationships across the region.
• Identify new prospects and unlock subcontractor spend on major projects.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data using CRM.
