Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead our South Wales team, overseeing temporary and permanent placements, staff development, and brand growth. You will drive client relationships, manage recruitment processes, and stay ahead of market trends to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Desirable: Experience in recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Experience using job boards and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Operational overview: promote the Aligra brand locally while overseeing advertising and social media, ensuring 100% client compliance and growing team knowledge.
• Client development: build relationships with new and existing clients and develop recruitment campaigns.
• Recruitment process: manage end-to-end recruitment from adverts to placing candidates.
• Market research: stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Targets and reporting: meet/exceed targets and maintain accurate records in the recruitment software.
• Branch growth: support team development through targets and plans.
