Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our South Wales team, handling both temporary and permanent placements while developing staff and promoting the Aligra brand locally.

The role requires a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, strong interpersonal skills, and experience managing a team to meet ambitious KPIs; experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Experience in managing a team to achieve targets.
• Desirable: experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets.
• Experience using job boards and recruitment software.
• Keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Operational Overview: promote the Aligra brand locally and oversee advertising and social media, ensuring 100% client compliance and growing the team’s knowledge and skills.
• Client Development: build relationships with new and existing clients, understand hiring needs, and craft recruitment campaigns; visit new clients and understand local markets.
• Recruitment Process: manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles; train and develop the team.
• Market Research: stay informed about industry trends and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Targets and Reporting: meet/exceed targets, maintain accurate records in recruitment software.
• Branch Growth: support growth through development plans and team coaching.
