Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead our South Wales team. You will oversee both temporary and permanent placements, develop staff, and strengthen client relationships to drive growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Experience in managing a team to achieve targets.
• Experience using job boards and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Operational overview: promote Aligra brand locally and oversee advertising and social media channels, ensuring 100% compliance with all clients and growing your team’s knowledge and skills.
• Client development: build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understand their hiring needs, and create comprehensive recruitment campaigns.
• Recruitment process: manage end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes from adverts to placing candidates.
• Market research: stay informed about industry trends and contribute to recruitment strategies.
• Targets and reporting: meet and exceed individual targets, while setting team targets and maintaining records in our recruitment software.
• Branch growth: support growth of Aligra through development plans and targets.
