Aligra Personnel Ltd in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Branch Manager to lead the South Wales team, drive growth, and manage both temporary and permanent placements while developing staff.

The role focuses on client development, brand promotion, meeting targets, and delivering high-quality service with strong teamwork and ongoing training.

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £37,500 with uncapped commission, first year OTE £45,000, industry-leading training, EAP, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Desirable: Experience in recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Determined, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Operational Overview: promote the Aligra brand locally while overseeing advertising and social media and ensuring 100% client compliance.
• Client Development: build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients and create recruitment campaigns.
• Recruitment Process: manage end-to-end temp and permanent recruitment from adverts to placing candidates.
• Market Research: stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Targets and Reporting: meet and exceed targets; maintain records in recruitment software.
• Branch Growth: support team development via targets and development plans.
