Optex, a global leader in sensing technologies, seeks a Regional Sales Representative to cover the South of the UK. You will manage and grow the installer, integrator and distributor network, driving specification-led opportunities and project wins.

You will combine account management with proactive new business development, building trusted partnerships with end users and channel partners to expand Optex’s security sensing solutions across commercial, logistics, and high-security sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products through installers, systems integrators, distributors, contractors, consultants or end users.
• Experience in electronic security is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow sales across the South of the UK with installers, integrators, distributors and end users.
• Act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to identify opportunities and drive project wins.
• Inherit an existing customer base while proactively creating new opportunities and expanding presence in key verticals.
• Develop relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations to support specification-led selling.
• Convert competitor accounts by demonstrating performance, reliability and value of Optex technologies.
