As a Regional Sales Manager covering the South of the UK, you will be responsible for achieving and maximising La Prairie retail objectives. Ensuring luxury excellence through effective recruitment, management, and providing a best-in-class omnichannel experience for clients with a main focus on B&M. The goal is to gain market share within the skincare category while being aligned with the brand strategy and roadmap.
Key Missions:
- Manage a full team of Beauty Managers and Advisors (from recruitment, coaching, and development, to absence management, reporting, etc.)
- Deliver the annual retail sales targets through effective business strategy & planning
- Implement and develop the company strategy on all counters & nurture store relationships
Main Accountabilities:
- Business Planning: Contribute to defining sales targets (market and by store level) with rationale behind proposals; drive retail growth by developing or reviewing business plans and event activities; focus on B&M but consider the omnichannel path; identify new opportunities to drive sales; evaluate effectiveness; be the owner of performance in your area; provide regular insights and corrective actions; ensure stock levels and monitor testers orders; be proficient with all relevant systems; communicate opportunities and risks to HQ; complete all administrative tasks timely; ensure 100% compliance in sales reporting; fill-in store visit reports and share monthly insights.
- Recruitment & Induction: Undertake timely recruitment and assessment of new consultants; identify their induction needs; deliver store-based inductions; manage temporary staff and organize training.
- Team Development: Define optimal team structure; manage Business Associates (BAs) to ensure collaboration; create and motivate high-performing teams; assess KPI performance and develop sell-out services; implement marketing and merchandising programs; ensure adherence to visual and grooming standards.
- Store Relationships & Communication: Conduct regular business meetings with store managers; present updates; negotiate local opportunities for events and displays.
Additional Information:
- Reporting to: General Manager
- Direct Reports: All La Prairie BM, AM & BA within designated doors
- Travel Ratio: 4 days/week, 1 day office/home
- Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales Manager in a beauty brand is essential
- Must be located in London
