Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Commercial Controller to join the SPN team in the south region. You will support the commercial function across national rail infrastructure projects, focusing on profitability, cash management, and robust reporting.

The role requires deep commercial understanding and hands-on involvement in pricing, forecasting and sub-contract management. Working within Aureos SPN, you will collaborate with contract delivery teams, drive cost control, and contribute to timely applications

Qualifications

Essential: 10 years plus industry experience in a Commercial/business admin role.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret construction industry conditions of contract.
Post degree experience in contracting commercial department preferably within the rail industry.

Responsibilities

Support contract delivery teams to ensure profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of schemes.
Input into the application and credit control processes.
Understand income forecast and pricing of variations.
Understand change control system and project risk, CVRs and forecasting data.]
Assist with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews and sub-contract management.
Prepare monthly financial performance reports and related documentation.
