Envipco is expanding its UK operation and seeks a Field Service Manager for the South East. You’ll install, commission and maintain pilot machines, then grow to leading regional engineers, shaping service delivery with cost control and safety at the forefront.

You will report to the National Operations Manager for UK & Ireland, combining hands-on engineering with people leadership, safety and performance management.

Qualifications

• Strong electro-mechanical engineering skills.
• Experience in field service and leading teams.
• Experience coordinating service across multiple sites.
• Understanding of SLAs and workforce planning.
• Good health and safety knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel in the South East.

Responsabilités

• Installing, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding on pilot machines.
• Managing regional installations, preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Coordinating with the Service Centre to prioritise jobs and engineers.
• Planning resources, workloads and routes for regional coverage.
• Recruiting, onboarding and training engineers as the team grows.
• Leading engineers through coaching, objectives and performance reviews.
• Monitoring first-time fixes, response times, productivity and outstanding work.
• Maintaining safety, risk assessments and method statements.
• Controlling regional costs and service records.
• Resolving customer escalations and improving processes.
