Job summary

Envipco is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical engineer to become Field Service Manager for the North West region. Initially hands-on with installing, commissioning and maintaining pilot machines, the role will evolve to leading regional engineers and service delivery.

You will report to the National Operations Manager for the UK & Ireland and oversee people, performance, safety and costs across the region.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and fault-find on pilot machines.
• Manage regional installations, preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Centre to prioritise jobs and engineers.
• Plan resources, workloads and routes for regional coverage.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of engineers.
• Coach engineers, set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor first-time fixes, response times and productivity.
• Maintain safe working practices, risk assessments and method statements.
• Control regional costs and keep service records accurate.
• Resolve customer escalations and improve processes.
