Zusammenfassung

Envipco is expanding its UK operation and seeks an experienced Field Service Manager for the North West. You will be hands-on initially, installing, commissioning and maintaining pilot machines, then progressively leading regional engineers and service delivery.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will balance practical engineering with people, performance, safety and costs, while traveling across the North West to ensure effective regional coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on electro-mechanical engineering, installation and diagnostics.
• Experience leading or managing engineering teams in field service.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites and service activity.
• Willingness to travel throughout the North West.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, service and fault-find on pilot machines.
• Manage regional installations, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Centre to prioritise jobs and engineers.
• Plan resources, workloads and routes for regional coverage.
• Support engineer recruitment, onboarding and training as the team grows.
• Lead engineers through coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor first-time fixes, response times and productivity.
• Maintain safe working practices and risk assessments.
• Control regional costs and service records.
