Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Behaviour/Engagement Mentor to work across mainstream secondary schools in South Bristol.
You will build trusting relationships with students who may be challenging to reach and provide targeted 1:1 and small-group mentoring to support behavioural and engagement needs. Ideal candidates are calm, resilient, and skilled at setting firm boundaries while helping young people regulate emotions and re-engage with education.

I am recruiting for experienced Behaviour & Engagement Mentors to work within mainstream secondary schools across South Bristol, supporting students who may be struggling with behaviour, emotional regulation or engagement with education.
This role is about looking beyond the behaviour and understanding the young person behind it. You could be supporting students who become frustrated quickly, struggle to remain in lessons or have become disengaged from school altogether.
Schools are looking for people who can bring a calm presence, clear boundaries and plenty of resilience, while building the trusting relationships needed to help students make positive changes.
