The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports kitchen food, health, and safety standards, understands financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
