Job summary

Pho Restaurants in Brighton is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, mentor wok, line and salad chefs, and lead in the daily running of kitchen sections to ensure top quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs with passion for cooking fresh, vibrant dishes.
• Experience in a senior kitchen role as Second/Sous Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

• Lead kitchen sections and ensure consistent quality.
