The Crown Blackheath is seeking a Sous Chef with view to progress to Head Chef soon. This full-time role at a historic pub offers leadership in the kitchen and opportunities to advance within Britain’s oldest brewer. You’ll join a team delivering high-quality, consistent dishes in a busy pub setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and team leadership.
• Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen, ensuring dishes meet company standards.
• Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
• Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
