Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef. You’ll mentor junior chefs, maintain quality and hygiene, and contribute to menu development in a busy pub setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team leadership.

• Mentor and develop junior chefs for a positive environment.
• Maintain high hygiene, safety and compliance at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation.
