Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

As a Sous Chef, you will support the daily kitchen operations, creating exquisite dishes using top-quality ingredients, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead chefs, bakers, kitchen porters, and work experience team, including skills development
  • Ensure staff are trained in menu, equipment, and procedures
  • Support development of food & beverage offerings, including menu planning and execution
  • Support achievement of sales and gross profit targets
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef on content, costing, and pricing
  • Oversee food orders and equipment procurement
  • Accurately forecast food volumes to meet peak demands
