Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a Sous Chef for The Plough Inn in Eynsford. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. The role emphasizes high standards of food and guest experience within Premium Country Pub locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen section.
