Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers, at The Plough Inn Eynsford, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-standard kitchen and inspire the team to craft quality dishes. You will manage all kitchen operations and drive guest satisfaction, with an emphasis on brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior Chef in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of leading kitchens to high standards and consistent results.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and food hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through target-led performance.
• Oversee kitchen operations: ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu to maintain consistency and quality.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are met across the kitchen.

Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
