Mitchells & Butlers plc's Plough Inn Eynsford is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who can lead a section, train great people and ensure guests leave with a smile. You will step in for the Head Chef when needed and drive your team to deliver consistent, quality dishes in a branded menu.

As a Sous Chef at the Plough Inn Eynsford, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
