Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Sous Chef at the Globe. You will run a section, train great people, and step up in the Head Chef's absence to lead the team. The application process is mobile-friendly and does not require a CV.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
